NIDO-AMERICAS PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT
July 13, 2007 – In accordance with the provisions of the NIDO Americas Inc. bye- laws and following the ratification of appointments at a Special Board Meeting, on July 13, 2007, NIDO Americas Inc. announces the following appointments to the board:

o Mr. Kunle Fagbenle Esq.
o Dr. Steve Ugbah
o Mr. Jimi Lawal
o Mr. Eghosa Edebor
The board would like to congratulate and welcome all the new appointees to the board to continue the tradition of NIDO in the spirit of inclusiveness and collaborative efforts. The board reaffirms that these appointments have the complete backing and support of NIDO Americas Inc. and bestows on the appointees all the authority and responsibility associated with being a NIDO Americas Board Member.
